Only Black-winged Kite was a nice surprise at KIGC. Otherwise birding was quite quiet there. After KIGC I rushed to SAANR in hope to see White-crowned Wheatear which was found by Humoud Al-Shayji on October 3rd. The bird was waiting for me in exactly the same location where we had Hume’s Wheatear last winter.
