I visited JPR with Mike, Silvie and Christine. Although we had Southerly wind some raptors were soaring above the pools. We saw Booted Eagle, 2-3 Short-toed Eagles, 2 Steppe Eagles and Eastern Imperial Eagle. JPR is in ideally positioned along raptors migration route.
