31/12/2024 Calandra and Bimaculated Lark and Lesser Flamingos
A Calandra Lark was spotted at the United Poultry Pivot Fields by Adrian Jordi on 29th December 2024, marking the 5th record for Kuwait. This morning, I had the opportunity to visit the site and was fortunate to see both Calandra and Bimaculated Larks.
Two Lesser Flamingos were observed at KISR West on 12th December by Aju John, marking the 9th record for Kuwait. By the 17th, the number had increased to three Lesser Flamingos. I was fortunate to see them again yesterday at KISR West.
