We went to west of KISR to search for the Hypocolius, it wasn’t there! Highlights were a Turkestan Shrike, Armenian Gull, Eastern Olivaceous Warbler, and an Indian Silverbill.

At the famous wetland, Jahra Pools Reserve, we had 54 species, A Namaqua Dove, Little Crake, Grey-headed Swamphen, White-tailed Lapwing, Greater Plover, Terek Sandpiper, Greater Spotted, Imperial and Steppe Eagles, Little Bittern, Steppe Grey Shrike, White-throated Robin, Byzantine Stonechat and 13 Hypocolius!
